I am located in Beckley WV and was dreading the 7 hour round trip involved in getting my Honda, even though Lollie and David gave me a GREAT deal. So to make things easy, they drove the Honda from Louisville to Huntington...and even gave it to me with 1/2 tank of gas left in it! The Honda is beautiful. All the paperwork was taken care of and all I had to do was take the keys. This was a great experience....they made this transaction pleasant, easy and I will absolutely do business with them again. I went in not knowing exactly what my problem was. They ran a test and determined I needed a new battery. I waited exactly how long I was told I would wait, 2 hours (which might not always happen). He was very friendly and explained that the Armor All they use on the tires in the car wash sometimes has that effect and it would go away, and it did.
