Our salesman (Doug Alsman) was fantastic, never tried to push us towards a sale. He was patient through all of our questions and never once tried to upsell us once we made our decision. These two lovely men got us the car we really wanted and did it in a way we could afford. We definitely recommend them!! More

Kasey was excellent to work with at Sam Swope. He met my husband and I when we arrived. Asked questions to help determine what we were looking for; knew the information about the specific car that we were l husband and I when we arrived. When we asked to test drive, no problems. Got the keys and got driving. Then was patient as we looked at other cars & went back and forth to get the keys. He gave us amble time to discuss (amongst ourselves) the decisions that were needed. And when it came down to the sell, was willing to work with us and keep going back until we got an acceptable offer. He stayed with us throughout the process (even after the lot was closed and he could've went home). He also followed up the next day to make sure that there were no more questions that had popped up. I am happy with the quality of service and professioanl staff at this dealership. This is my second visit and I cannot complain. I approached the clerk at the Parts counter and was attented by Rob. I went to find out first how much it would cost me to replace the winshield wipes on my Honda Accord. He then gave me the price and I walked out. Two minutes after I return to the counter and asked him how much it was to replace the lining and he explain that it depended if the wipes were the original parts or over the counter replacements. I think he noticed that I didn't have any clue as to what he was talking about and asked me were was my car. He then went with me to my car to take a look at the winshielf wipes. He removed them and took them insided. Minutes after he told me that he could replace them and gave me the cost. I then asked him to teach me how to changed it and he did not hesitate. I actually learned how to replace the linning in the event this happens to me again. Rob, showed professioalism, patience, and excellent customer service.
