I’ll start by saying if you’re buying a car from here you should definitely ask for Tay, he was wonderful. My situation was a difficult one and I’m in Paragould, a couple hours from Conway. For starters, Tay was busy working a deal and had asked co-workers to assist as he knew I was trying to purchase quickly. Each person that called me wouldn’t bother to get any information, they’d ask me for everything all over again. Also. I only gave them permission to hit my credit once. They hit it 5 times. So buyers beware here. Finally, when I felt like we had reached a deal, Tay went to print off numbers and send me a pic of them only to find out his sales manager who had claimed to be helping me had sold the car out from under him. Allegedly. Who knows what’s true. But if you’re serious about buying a car I would definitely take my business elsewhere or hope that Tay can help you all the way through the deal. More
