When I got home, I was confused about the invoice—it read to me as if I had been charged, when in fact I bought a maintenance contract at the time of purchase. But Mr. Molina returned my call and cleared up my confusion in a very courteous way. It was just the way the invoice was set up that made it a bit confusing. More
