Overall good experience. But, I really wanted to do as much of the process I could ahead of time to avoid being there all day. I filled out an online credit app, tried to do the EZ Purchase online, commun much of the process I could ahead of time to avoid being there all day. I filled out an online credit app, tried to do the EZ Purchase online, communicated this desire over the phone, etc and still had to fill out the same paperwork again, and really nothing was taken care of ahead of time. Ended up having to be there twice for 2-3 hours each time. More
