I needed to replace my Honda Clarity Plug-in Hybrid, and I could not locate one anywhere in Texas, which forced me into an out of state purchase, something I hadn't done before. Robbie from Honda World assisted me with various options of shipping a vehicle vs coming to the dealership. After evaluating those options I decide to fly to Louisville and purchase the vehicle. Honda World Sales and Finance teams worked to make the process as easy as possible. We did as much paperwork as possible the days leading up to the purchase. I flew to Louisville and within a couple of hours I had arrived at the dealership, completed the purchase & delivery setup and got a nice recommendation for lunch.
