I’d never worked with a dealership where they have a person dedicated to setting up all the technology to my desired settings. Kirk started in the office and reviewed all the features and asked my preferences. When I took possession of the vehicle, Kirk had everything set up and ready to go. He then took the time to have me operate every feature so that I was very comfortable with everything when I left the dealership. Kirk has a way of explaining the all the advanced features so that a “boomer” like me could easily understand! It was refreshing to interact with folks who really understand outstanding customer service! More
