Spent 3 weeks test driving trucks and SUVs at dealerships in Louisville area. Honda World not only had the truck I decided upon, everyone with whom I dealt (specifically Robbie Hailey, Harry Anthony, and Bro in Louisville area. Got to what I believe was probably their best price quickly, allowed discussions on trade-in and options that were in good faith, and never talked down to me. I do not shop for vehicles often, and was amazed at how other dealerships seem to believe that treating a potential customer like a child is an effective technique! None of that at Honda World. More

I had a great experience purchasing a new CR-V at Honda World! The sales rep (Lollie Reiss) was very patient answering all my questions. I’d never worked with a dealership where they have a person dedicated to setting up all the technology to my desired settings. Kirk started in the office and reviewed all the features and asked my preferences. When I took possession of the vehicle, Kirk had everything set up and ready to go. He then took the time to have me operate every feature so that I was very comfortable with everything when I left the dealership. Kirk has a way of explaining the all the advanced features so that a “boomer” like me could easily understand! It was refreshing to interact with folks who really understand outstanding customer service! More
