While at the dealership, after we signed all the papers, etc., we had a Delivery Specialist, Brook Kepfer, go thru all the particular settings on the inside - how to set the automatic drivers seat for 2 different drivers; she demonstrated how to set the radio stations we wanted; she paired both our phones with the vehicle; what we can do by connecting our phones to the car with a USB cable, etc. There was a lot to go over but having a Delivery Specialist was so helpful!! John Daniels, Finance Dept., was very helpful and we loved his sense of humor! Thank you Lewis, Brook & John for making our car buying experience a good one! More
