We received excellent customer service at Honda World! Our salesperson, Robbie Hailey, was very knowledgeable and informative. He opened the facility door for us on Monday morning, Dec. 28. We did not have an appointment; however, he took the next three and one half hours to review vehicle information, provide us with printed detailed information as requested for our review, show us several vehicles, and prepare us for a test drive. He was very professional and patient with us as we had many questions about vehicles and various trim levels. We were budget conscious; therefore, it took quite some time to review the various vehicles and price ranges on specific vehicles that would work for our “purchase plan”. Again, he was very polite and patient as we wanted to review ALL the details for the vehicles and options provided with the specific trim level. In addition, we had a vehicle to consider for trade in. We were treated with respect and offered water as well during our time in the dealership. My husband and I shared honestly that we had a 1 pm appointment with the Volkswagen dealership. We informed Robbie we expected to return after our appointment. After our appointment we returned to Honda World. We telephoned Robbie as he suggested to verify his availability to continue assisting us upon our return. He promptly made sure he was available to continue helping us with our final decision on our car purchase. During the time span we were away for the other appointment Robbie texted us checking in and the manager of Honda World sent an email as well to offer any additional assistance. We were pleased with the exceptional service we received from Robbie and were very impressed with the dealership staff and facilities. We received Exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times. In closing, I would also like to compliment our delivery specialist, Brook Kepfer. She did an outstanding job providing us a review of our vehicle. She was very detailed and informative. She assured us we could contact her for any additional questions or needed information. She was very professional in her delivery of information. Both she and Robbie should be commended for the services they provided. They both are valuable assets to your organization!!! Also, the gentleman who processed our final paperwork for purchasing the vehicle was very helpful and provided outstanding service as well. We look forward to enjoying our vehicle for many years to come. We appreciate the warranty provided by the Honda World dealership! More
