It was an absolutely pathetic first-time experience purchasing a vehicle. Miguel Rodriguez needs to find a different career path that doesn't involve communicating with customers. After asking for a 2nd price drop while we were negotiating, he was on the phone with another employee stating I was "throwing a fit", and told me I was embarrassing him asking to negotiate the price a 2nd time. I was in fact, calm and collected, I simply did not feel comfortable spending MSRP money on a 3-year-old USED vehicle that had a few scratches, dents, and paint chipped. The dealer fees could've easily been waived but they were upset I wasn't financing my vehicle so here comes staff member after staff member pressuring me into financing after already stating I wanted to purchase the vehicle outright. Rodney and Ryan were great and seemed very sincere in their apologies for how poorly Miguel Rodriguez treated me. If I did not want the car I bought so badly, I would have walked out in the first 30 minutes. Embarrassing I continued service through Miguel Rodriguez to purchase my vehicle. More
