Very good experience The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The time to service my car was less than quoted. Waiting area was clean and there were chargers for phones. I negotiated on my used van in good faith and found the paperwork I signed had the wrong VIN early the next morning. I brought the title and extra key for my trade-in with me to straighten out the problem paperwork I signed had the wrong VIN early the next morning. The van I took home was a more expensive van than the van with the VIN on my paperwork ($1-4K more). After waiting too long, the manager Mike Munoz came in and proceeded to treat me like I was the one who had done something wrong, threatening twice that if I left with the van I thought I purchased that he would have no option but to call the police on me. I don’t believe he would have ever have spoken to a man the way he spoke to me, especially since I did everything right. I may be an old lady, but I certainly did not deserve to be treated the way he treated me. I was willing to negotiate a different deal until he decided to treat me like a thief. Even though the dealership ended up honoring the deal later in the day, it was an unforgivable ordeal that I should never have had to suffer through. While the $50 gift card to O’Charley’s they gave me was appreciated, it didn’t start to substitute for an apology from Mike Munoz, who I didn’t see again. I will never do business with this dealership again and I am telling everyone I can about my bad experience. More
