He was very personable and helpful with all my questions. I had plenty seeing as how this was my first trip in since I had bought the car last December. My car just needed oil change and tire balance with rotation. The service was done as quickly as it could be done as it was a very busy place. When the service was complete Greyson went over all the details with me and set me up with Holly Pitt as I needed some assistance with my Bluetooth features. Holly was also very kind and did a wonderful job helping me with my questions. I did not have an appointment however Greyson did offer the free shuttle if I did not want to wait there. More
