He does a great job explaining procedures needed and making sure the service work is done expeditiously and that I am well informed. Have actually dealt with Mike the 17 years I've had my two Honda Odysseys and I wouldn't trade him for anything!! My 105K servicing was no exception and he also helped facilitate getting an additional problem handled through my warranty agreement in a timely manner. And, he gives out his cell phone to make it easier to get through to him without going through the phone tree/operator which can take a while. More

Car service. I called to ask if I needed to make an appointment for the two things I needed done; I was told that the Express Service department could handle it.
