Overall a Great Experience Drove up from Tennessee to make the purchase. When we arrived Damon greeted us immediately with the car ready to be test driven. He was courteous, knowledgable, and professional the entire time we worked with him. There was a little bit of an issue with the financing of the vehicle, but it was all made correct and right through communication with Larry Milburn and John Kelly. More

Our salesmen Nick Woodson was vey helpful and accommodating as my wife and I explored several Honda Pilot options both new and used. Nick made himself available to us on numerous occasions even bringing a Pilot to the dealership that my wife found online. Nick was very knowledge about each Pilot we test drove highlighting each one's available features and options. Nick did not pressure us to buy at anytime during the process allowing my wife and I the opportunity to select the most appropriate car to meet our needs. Well done Nick. More

We had been looking at 3 different makes and models of SUV vehicles and at multiple dealerships for each one of those vehicles. We can truly say once we met Jonathan Burton at Honda World I honestly started to enjoy the car buying experience. (I did not know that was possible). To be perfectly honest I thought I had been Hoodwinked into dealing with some young Kid who didn't have a clue about what he was doing. I was kind of ticked off about that, but in a very short amount of time I found this young man to be Extremely knowledgeable and impressively nice to work with. Like most, if not all salespeople, they naturally have to get their managers involved, (OH GREAT, the Crap's about to hit the fan). I WAS WRONG! I found Richard Spann to be to be very nice to work with also. I'm a firm believer that all businesses need to make a profit, but the customer needs to feel they received a good deal and reliable service also. Admittedly we did a heck of lot of research to figure out what we wanted, but I think Jonathan and Richard really worked to help get everyone what they wanted. We can't leave Jimmy out, he was our Destination Specialist that educated us on the ins and outs of all the vehicle's new technology. Thanks Jimmy! One of the other services that Honda World offered was that once a month they offer a free class to help educate you on how to best take advantage of all the features of your new vehicle. (There could be some extra perks with that class time, also). I Highly recommend Jonathan to show you and guide you thru the process and Richard to help make it happen. I hope to be able to work with them again. Thanks Guys! More

Honda World had that deal! Of course we were a little leery of not knowing about this dealership first hand. We knew the ratings online were good so we took a chance. Marshall Dean was our salesman and we couldn't have been more pleased. He has been with the company for 23 years. To us that meant a lot about him personally and the dealership. He was beyond helpful in a number of ways. We very much appreciate the way we were treated throughout the entire process and will consider buying our next car from them too - especially if we could work with Marshall again. More

I felt like the entire t When I bought my 2016 Honda HRV in February 2017, my salesman, Scott Wood was AMAZING to deal with, but it didn't stop there! I felt like the entire team held my hand through the whole process. I walked out feeling like I made the right purchase at the right time and place, and with some great folks! When it was time to service my vehicle, my service advisor, Kathy Hawkins, was just as AMAZING as Scott was the day I purchased my car! Her personality was incredible. I wondered...where does Honda find these great folks, or do they give them a "good talkin' to" before the day begins? Kathy has such a fun, outgoing personality, and was ready to help service my vehicle. I felt no pressure to do extra things, even when I asked..."what would you do?" She never pushed. I appreciate that. Even better, I found out that she and another service lady rescued two kittens from being trapped in the wheel or in some hidden spot of a car somehow (we all know how cats love to cozy up in spots of cars sometimes), and I was DEFINITELY SOLD on Honda World even more!!!!!!! I remember my salesman was a dog lover, as am I. I LOVE HONDA WORLD!!!!!!!!! You hire great folks, and I'm proud to say I bought my vehicle from such a wonderful group of people who not only care for people, but for fur babies, too. Great service, great people, and if I could go on and on, I would, but people would think I was paid to write this out. I do have one additional thing to say about the lady who was so kind to check on everyone in the lounge while we waited for our vehicles to be serviced. I wish I would've got her name, but she was absolutely PRECIOUS!!!! She told me about the water in the fridge, the coffee, and apples provided, and she came around and checked a few times, asking if I or anyone needed anything. She was WONDERFUL. TOP NOTCH, Honda!!!!!! I'm impressed and highly recommend Honda World!!!! More
