Honda World had that deal! Of course we were a little leery of not knowing about this dealership first hand. We knew the ratings online were good so we took a chance. Marshall Dean was our salesman and we couldn't have been more pleased. He has been with the company for 23 years. To us that meant a lot about him personally and the dealership. He was beyond helpful in a number of ways. We very much appreciate the way we were treated throughout the entire process and will consider buying our next car from them too - especially if we could work with Marshall again. More

I felt like the entire team held my hand through the whole process. I walked out feeling like I made the right purchase at the right time and place, and with some great folks! When it was time to service my vehicle, my service advisor, Kathy Hawkins, was just as AMAZING as Scott was the day I purchased my car! Her personality was incredible. I wondered...where does Honda find these great folks, or do they give them a "good talkin' to" before the day begins? Kathy has such a fun, outgoing personality, and was ready to help service my vehicle. I felt no pressure to do extra things, even when I asked..."what would you do?" She never pushed. I appreciate that. Even better, I found out that she and another service lady rescued two kittens from being trapped in the wheel or in some hidden spot of a car somehow (we all know how cats love to cozy up in spots of cars sometimes), and I was DEFINITELY SOLD on Honda World even more!!!!!!! I remember my salesman was a dog lover, as am I. I LOVE HONDA WORLD!!!!!!!!! You hire great folks, and I'm proud to say I bought my vehicle from such a wonderful group of people who not only care for people, but for fur babies, too. Great service, great people, and if I could go on and on, I would, but people would think I was paid to write this out. I do have one additional thing to say about the lady who was so kind to check on everyone in the lounge while we waited for our vehicles to be serviced. I wish I would've got her name, but she was absolutely PRECIOUS!!!! She told me about the water in the fridge, the coffee, and apples provided, and she came around and checked a few times, asking if I or anyone needed anything. She was WONDERFUL. TOP NOTCH, Honda!!!!!! I'm impressed and highly recommend Honda World!!!! More

Yes, I am still just as satisfied with my Fit today as I was one year ago when I brought it home. People ask me about it all the time and I always get compliments on the happy yellow color. My large husky-malamute dog enjoys many backseat car rides with the windows down. I've helped several friends move with it because it has so much cargo capacity. My boyfriend and I end up taking my car out more often than his Dodge Ram because my Fit gets such great gas mileage and it's so compact that it's much easier to find parking. I'm very appreciative of the Honda service at both the Knoxville dealership near me and the Louisville Honda World where I purchased my vehicle. I know I told you this last year, but when I was looking for this car, there was a similar 2015 Honda Fit that was closer to my home and listed for a lower price. I drove 2 hours farther and paid $2,000 more (worth every penny for a pre-owned vehicle that is Honda Certified) because you treated me with respect and kindness during our dealings over the phone and email while the salesman from the other dealership was pushy, rude, and manipulative. Just wanted to remind you of my good experience with you and Louisville Honda World and that compassion and integrity pays off. So thanks again and keep up the good work! :) More

Got our first oil change/tire rotation on SUNDAY! i think it's great that you can actually get your car SERVICED ON A SUNDAY! It was a little busy, and we did have to wait a while, but the waiting area is very comfortable. Nice comfy chairs, friendly service people, water and free coffee. Watched TV while we waited, and made the wait more tolerable. All in all, good experience. More
