My CRV horn would randomly go off. I called the service dept and talked to Mike Kavanaugh, told him my problem. I took my car in Fri morning and took the shuttle home. They did diagno I called the service dept and talked to Mike Kavanaugh, told him my problem. I took my car in Fri morning and took the shuttle home. They did diagnostic test, which I was told the price of. When I called later in the day to check, I was told they had removed the airbag, which had been on recall and had been installed in Aug., and were putting it back together and would test drive. When I picked up my car later, Mike explained to me everything they did, and were thinking the airbag recall install may have messed up the horn, and to my surprise I was not charged the diagnostic fee. So far my horn has not gone off and I'm hoping that was the problem. I appreciate the courtesy and efficiency of the service and also appreciate the shuttle to and from. More
