Sarah rushed over to introduce hersel and quickly outlined what was to happen during my service call. I was offered bottled water and a place to rest and read. During my time in the lounge, I visited with my salesman (Nick) and Josh who gave me info on potential trade value for my CRV on a new 2017 model. Sarah came and got me and she explained all that was done on my vehicle. We wrapped things up and I was on my way. Before leaving, Sarah presented me with a coupon for a future oil change. She had noted from looking at my cap that I was a military veteran from the Viernam War era. That is REAL,CUSTOMER SERVICE. This is why we have purchased multiple Hondas from these folks and have all my maintenance and service preformed here. More
Out of state vehicle purchase I found a used Lexus IS350C online and made the trip to Hondaworld Louisville to purchase on 12/2/2016. The transaction went well however, with 10 day I found a used Lexus IS350C online and made the trip to Hondaworld Louisville to purchase on 12/2/2016. The transaction went well however, with 10 days left on my temporary tag waiting for my title. I called and asked for any direction I could get. I tried on 3 other occasions each time being promised a return call to advise me where my title could be and never receiving one. Finally, with 2 days left on my tag, I called and asked for the highest titled person I could speak to. I was directed to Mr Michael Halfacre. He took my information and advised me someone would get back to me with an answer. Within 2 hours, I received a call advising me the title appeared to be lost by UPS. He then proceeded to assist me by overnighting me the necessary documents to continue driving the car until the title matter was resolved. UPS eventually did find the title and delivered it. Mr Halfacre kept in contact and followed through every time I spoke with him. I've never met him and don't believe this problem involved him but he addressed it anyway. If he is not in an authority position at the dealership, he needs to be! He turned a frustrating transaction into a pleasant one. Best Regards, Phil Hellriegel More
