"Excellent Experience" We were out looking for a truck after ours broke down on Friday and pulled into Louisville Honda World and met Arthur Wilson. Arthur was very helpful but wasn't too pushy and helped answer all our questions. We came back right at closing time and Arthur along with Eric Marshall even took more time with us, we drove the truck home and loved it so we came back the next day and purchased it. I would recommend this lot and these folks to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

I then wanted to look at Honda Accord's and he was more than happy to show me what I needed to see. I'm so happy I went with the Accord. Nick was not pushy and did not try to talk me into buying a car with features I did not need! I will without a doubt be back to buy from him again! More

Chris was great to work with and made the buying experience feel smooth and easy. He was very polite, respectful, and professional in the way he conducted business. At no time did I sense that he was pressuring us. When we requested that the front end alignment be assessed before we purchased the vehicle, he worked with his manager to make sure this was done prior to purchase at no charge to us. I had a Kia Sorento and I loved it...however, finding one that suited my needs was becoming difficult in our timeframe. I then saw the 2014 Dodge Journey Honda World had on their site. It was in our price range and comperable to what we had in the Kia. I needed to test drive this suv, since when we shopped last year this style was not on my radar. Chris Stromberg was great. I low-key, confident and polite salesman. He was so pleasant to work with as we began the purchasing process. This is our second vehicle to purchase here and I will definately look here again for furture shopping. Thanks so much for the support and friendliness you showed. More
My sales person Chris Stromberg went above and beyond !!! I was there looking at a used Honda. It looked pretty good, however the compressor was out on the air conditioning which made the car hot and undesir I was there looking at a used Honda. With Chris's help management agreed to put in a new compressor at a cost that seemed reasonable. Truly what as they say "sealed the deal" for me was that Chris was so kind and considerate that he was willing to drive me to a family members home for a few days until the air-conditioning was put in. Then he returned to pick me up and this was no short distance. that made tremendous impression upon me. I would recommend Chris to anyone that was looking to buy a car. Thank you so much Chris. More
Courtesy and Professionalism I did a lot of research before deciding on purchasing my pre-owned vehicle, and the final decision came down between two cars at two different dealers I did a lot of research before deciding on purchasing my pre-owned vehicle, and the final decision came down between two cars at two different dealerships that were each a 2-4 hours' drive from where I live in Knoxville, TN. The other dealership technically had the lowest price, but the salesman was incredibly rude to me, used pushy and manipulative sales tactics, and the whole thing just felt slimy. Meanwhile, Marshall at Honda World treated me with courtesy and professionalism, and I was able to negotiate on a good price with dignity. The price was a little higher than the other dealership's offer, and Honda World was the further drive out of the two, but the car I ended up with had less miles on it and is Honda Certified and it was well worth the extra drive to get to do business with people who treat their customers like people. I was very pleased with my experience. On the drive home, the service light came on and there was a message that said the oil needed to be changed soon. I tried calling the dealership the next business day but kept getting disconnected. I called Marshall and he got in touch with the dealership for me (even though it was his day off) and confirmed that the oil had been changed but they just forgot to reset the warning lights and that I could take it to any Honda dealer location and have them reset it for me.
