All my anxieties dissipated after working with Marshall Dean. He was not the aggressive, hard sell type that had kept me away from car lots. Instead he gave me the information I needed, patiently answered my questions, let me test drive a couple of cars and make a decision when I was ready. When it came time to work on financing, again I was impressed with the service I got from Billy Sommers, as he patiently explained my payment and extended warranty options. Although several people had recommended Sam Swope, I had not expected to have such a pleasant experience buying a car. Consider me a fan. More

Service on Honda CRV I took my SUV to the service department on 11/23/15 because there was no heat on the driver's side. Regular maintenance I scheduled a regular maintenance appointment for my Honda Accord, and although I was at first disappointed to hear that although I scheduled a time, I scheduled a regular maintenance appointment for my Honda Accord, and although I was at first disappointed to hear that although I scheduled a time, I'd still have to wait in line and have a 3 hour wait to be completed, Nick S with service was professional and friendly and even finished my car 20minutes prior to the estimated time. He took time to explain the details of what was completed in that day and showed me the alignment report. I lost a right rear visor on the highway when I drove home from the shop and called Nick about it. He was great about following up my call and getting the replacement part ordered promptly. Great service and attitude, really appreciated working with Nick and Honda technicians. More
