We had a wonderful experience. After looking at a dealer in Indiana, we chose to drive to Sam Swope and purchase our car there because of the wonderful customer service we received. Our salesman (Doug Alsman) was fantastic, never tried to push us towards a sale. He was patient through all of our questions and never once tried to upsell us once we made our decision. Our finance man (Dav push us towards a sale. He was patient through all of our questions and never once tried to upsell us once we made our decision. Our finance man (David Lail) bent over backwards to get us the best rate even though we didn't have much credit behind us. These two lovely men got us the car we really wanted and did it in a way we could afford. We definitely recommend them!! More

Mark is a salesperson that is a great asset to your organization. He was very easy to work with. He was not pushy, answered any and all questions and was very pleasant. I am happy with the quality of service and professioanl staff at this dealership. This is my second visit and I cannot complain. I approached the clerk at the Parts counter and was attented by Rob. I went staff at this dealership. This is my second visit and I cannot complain. I approached the clerk at the Parts counter and was attented by Rob. I went to find out first how much it would cost me to replace the winshield wipes on my Honda Accord. He then gave me the price and I walked out. Two minutes after I return to the counter and asked him how much it was to replace the lining and he explain that it depended if the wipes were the original parts or over the counter replacements. I think he noticed that I didn't have any clue as to what he was talking about and asked me were was my car. He then went with me to my car to take a look at the winshielf wipes. He removed them and took them insided. Minutes after he told me that he could replace them and gave me the cost. I then asked him to teach me how to changed it and he did not hesitate. I actually learned how to replace the linning in the event this happens to me again. Rob, showed professioalism, patience, and excellent customer service.
