Salesman Nick W. was great to work with. He kept me informed of progress along the way. Brook was very helpful showing us the whistles and bells of our new vehicle was great to work with. Brook also informed us that we can drop in any time to get help with technical things that we do not understand. We may wear her out! This makes our 9th Honda and we are enjoying this new CRV Hybrid getting 39 to 40 mpg. Thank you Honda world Team! More

Took my used (new to me) 2020 Honda Ridgeline RTL-E with 13,000 miles in for service and potential “alarming” electrical issue. I usually avoid dealership’s service departments and tend to do my own routin 13,000 miles in for service and potential “alarming” electrical issue. I usually avoid dealership’s service departments and tend to do my own routine maintenance when I can. I had just purchased this vehicle from another non-Honda dealership and this problem was above my pay grade. Within two weeks of ownership I started having random security alarms/ horn and flashing dash lights with no obvious reason multiple times during the day…every day. I changed out the vehicle battery and key fob battery thinking that was the problem. My Google research showed it could be many things. Still being under warranty I broke from my old routine and decided to let Honda World take a crack at it. I was a little taken by surprise while treated very warmly when I showed up for my appt to drop off the vehicle. The service dept was clean and impressive looking. Communications was excellent from the start with several texts and voice calls within the first day stating they found an issue with the main Body Control module and needed to be replaced but it was back ordered (what isn’t nowadays, right?). I called and said if it was going to be weeks/months before it came in I’d come pick up the vehicle and would bring it back when the part came in. Debra, the service advisor, said “Oh, no..they put in an emergency order and it would be there on Friday and already had a tracking # (it was Wednesday when I dropped it off). I was shocked they went the extra mile to speed things up but still had my doubts and wasn’t expecting it to arrive on time but whatever. Friday evening I received a text and video from the technician explaining what they had done and a phone call saying it was ready to go. Being under warranty the cost to me was $0.00. The problem seems to have been diagnosed correctly and so far, 4 days later, the issue hasn’t returned (The horn would randomly sound several times a day with flashing lights) so I’m hoping it was resolved. After researching and reading all the rabbit holes folks have gone down with the same issue, including dealerships stating they’ve never heard of the problem before, I expected the same run around. Fortunately, Honda World diagnosed it correctly in short order and the technician even mentioned in the email video it was a somewhat common issue. We’ll done Honda World!! Under promised…over delivered! Great service! More
