Every stigma about dirty car salesmen trying to to weasel you out of as much as they can through lies and false promises they fulfilled to the tee. Talking to Mr. Tito I was forced to purchase an imaginary “locationally transferable” third-party oil change plan I told them I didn’t want, need, or have any desire to entertain. I ended up being charged for it anyway and after trying to remain peaceful and suck it up anyway, years later have yet to actually be able to get even my oil looked at. Our conversation was recorded when I brought it up to the supervisor attention Mr. Paul Mitchell Who is there a contact for two days then he never return my call. They worked to blind me with resorting to “trust the process” for everything I asked. I was lied to to proportions I only heard about in stories. The customer service was and has been my worst experience to date. I want to warn anybody considering doing business with Honda of Aventura – spare yourself. You will regret it. More

Best dealership I’ve ever been to but.. I enjoy being a Honda customer and visiting this location for my car services. The staff in the maintenance/service department are extremely polite and helpful. The gentleman, Javier, took care of me during my last visit and he was incredibly nice. My favorite part about coming to Honda Aventura is the waitroom. They have the best coffee and vending machines for snack options. Overall, I enjoy Honda aventura however, I still dislike management and the car salesman people. I had a bad experience with them and is why I bought my car at another Honda location. Management and sales reps are rude and a bunch of xxxxxxxx; would not recommend if you’re looking for understanding, reasonable and compassionate people/transaction(s). More
