Thieves Wife went to finance buy out of lease at dealership. They overcharged me by making her pay taxes again ($1800) even though buyout price includes tax. When i confronted the salesman and manager, they spent over an hour trying to convince me I was crazy and mistaken. Finally wben i insisted they said it was an 'honest' mistake. Than instead of just refunding the money right away, we got the run around for at least two weeks. Nobody ever contacted me, though they said manager would. This is besides all the idiotic warranties and plans salesman said were mandatory with loan.. When challenged afterwards it was another 'honest' mistake. This is the absolutely most slimey, every stereotype fullfilling, transparent thieving car dealership. Still waiting for response from owner or sr manager. More
