Excellent price and Uncomfortable Experience I came in with intent to purchase a car by writing a check. I was told they need to run a credit history before accepting my check. Salesperson Stephanie Akers assured me it was a soft pull and my score will drop a little. I accepted. Near the end of the paperwork, Steve Misencik the sales manager said he reviewed my credit history and he tried hard to convince me to take out a loan. I declined. On the next day, my credit score dropped dramatically as the result of a hard inquiry by Northwest Honda. The worse experience was being in office with Steve Misencik. Also there is a manager who my salesperson Stephanie met after each round of negotiations. I don't know his name. He never introduced himself and never smiled as I walked by him a couple times. He was the last person I saw before I left with purchased car. It had a lasting negative impression of Northwest Honda. More

Excellent & Friendly Sales Experience I stopped by NW Honda on my way home form work one day and was looking at the Honda Accords. Ashley came out and asked if I needed help. I told her what I was looking for and we connected right away. I did not feel any pressure from her at all, which was refreshing. I went back to drive a couple of Honda Accords and really liked one of them right away! We worked out the price and I bought it and am thrilled with the car and the entire experience! Got the Takata airbag recall done tod I've got an Acura and have had it serviced here for 2 years. They're always quick, courteous and professional. Got the Takata airbag recall done today, working with Chris. They got authorization and parts from Acura, did the paperwork previously, and then did the work. I got a loaner and they had the work done in three hours. The time before that I had problems resetting the radio and navigation PINS because I replaced the battery. Brandon spent half an hour working with it at no charge. The complimentary car wash coupons are nice too. More
