Their soft spoken, easy going, attentive manner was well appreciated by me, a rather quiet, soft-spoken individual who HATES aggressive, pushy salesmen. They both showed genuine interest in my happiness and satisfaction in purchasing a new car, especially having to sale a one-year old car I bought from another Honda dealer and was very unhappy with. Honda of Chantilly itself is only a year old and still seems brand new. Very friendly attitude. I even met a service manager who showed me their state of the art service facility. I was very impressed with their relaxed and friendly manner. I am sure to take my car back to Chantilly for its regular maintenance. I was impressed because I didn't have to haggle over the price OR the trade-in value of my old car. It is exactly what the Kelley Blue Book website suggested was a good trade-in price. I was instantly greeted by Justin Sproles who sat my father and I down and walked me through the process of buying vs. leasing and the inventory that Honda had to offer. Justin made my decision to purchase easy by being kind, knowledgeable and patient. A day after I purchased the car a sensor for the airbag had come on due to being bumped from getting the car detailed. I called Justin and he assured me he would take care of it. The following weekend Justin had directed me to the service desk where I was greeted by Katie. Katie walked me through the entire process of getting the car serviced and even gave me a rental car to use while the car was being worked on. Honda of Chantilly is a great dealership. I strongly recommend these guys! More

Rob, bless his heart, has to sell more expensive add ons, but worked with us. We also met Chris Durbin in the service department to get our older Honda setup for some recall service. Overall, they made sure we were happy, the car was perfect on delivery, and that all went without a hitch. The facility is also nice and all the staff dresses professionally to present a higher class environment. We spent a lot of time at a large competitor dealer this week as well and had a less than stellar experience there. That is why we ended up here. For purchases, I would recommend giving these guys a try. More

After all the paper work we got the key to the car and the sales person showed the way out by just opening the door. It was cold and me and family are out looking for our new car in the cold. This was a horrible experience for me. Why they don't have the salesmanship to deliver the car or at least show where our car is? More

We went through our My wife and I just purchased a 2015 Honda CR-V from Honda of Chantilly and our buying experience at the dealership was a good one. We went through our insurance company's car buying service which made it much simpler regarding negotiating price. We hate haggling and this method alleviated that issue. Tyler Stewart, our assigned sales rep, was very amiable and personable and he answered all of our questions regarding the vehicle's equipment and specs. After our test drive, we decided on an in-stock vehicle and Tyler quickly processed all the initial paperwork. Since we had our financing already pre-arranged, that part was a breeze. While we did have to wait a bit for all the final paperwork to be prepared, once we were in the finance office, we completed the transaction within 15 minutes. While we were doing that, Tyler made sure the final preps were done and the car was ready to go about 10 minutes after we got out of Finance. I had expected to be there about 2 hours and it turned out to be about 3 so not a bad guess. I would recommend going during the week to avoid crowds on weekends. All in all, our experience at Honda of Chantilly was positive and would certainly consider them again in the future should we decide on another Honda. I cannot rate the maintenance department yet since I have not used them but I will do so once I come in for my first appointment. More
