As I asked him questions, many questions, about my possible purchase, he replied with everything I needed to know. To say the least, he was extremely knowledgeable. Craig Baker was the first genuinely nice car salesman I've met. Being in the car selling business before, I've grown aware of how dealerships try to rip you off. This dealership was the polar opposite of that. Everyone Craig introduced me to was happy and friendly. I didn't have to go through the hassle of negotiating down the price and at the end of it all, I drove off the lot in my brand new 2015 Honda Civic. I'm in Love with this vehicle and this dealership.
