Entering the process, I anticipated the “hard sell” of most dealerships and sales personnel, and in fact did experience that at 2 other dealerships we visited prior to Motorcars. However, at Motorcars, our sales associate, Vernell Ivy, dealt with us with respect and patience, making our experience far less stressful than expected. Her product knowledge was complete and explanations concise and clear. Company associates, Nick Nadjusak and Contrell Alford, helped complete the purchase smoothly and professionally. Once delivered, Vernell spent all the time needed to explain features and set up the vehicles. Since the sale, she has offered and been available to help with any questions or concerns.
