Buying a car can be enjoyable! After 19 years of enjoying my Honda Accord, purchased and serviced at Motorcars Honda, it was time to buy another car. I wanted a certified pre-owned car and preferred to buy it at MH because it is close to home and their service department is wonderful. I did a lot of on-line research and decided on a Civic because I wanted a smaller car than my Accord. Vernell greeted me with a warm smile, chatted with me about my quest, and showed me the Civic I had chosen on line. Much to my surprise and dismay, over the years Civics had grown to the size of my old Accord and was seated very low. Vernell then suggested we look at another car - the Fit. I had never heard of it. When I first saw it I thought this is way to small, but the interior was very spacious and the back was huge when the seats folded down. When I climbed into the car the seats were much higher than the Civic and the visibility was great. After the test drive I knew this was the car I wanted. Vernell is to be commended for her ability to listen and understand her customer's needs. Contrell was equally friendly and welcoming and made the purchase process very easy. The sendoff, with my favorite song and strobe lights was delightful. It was a wonderful way to spend the morning of my birthday! More

"Certified" Chris did a great job considering he had 2 other customers in addition to us which is understandable on a Saturday. I did find the listing for the used vehicles to be very misleading. The reason I drove to this dealership was all the vehicles I was interested in were listed as "certified" and also had the lifetime powertrain. When negotiations began I was informed they were not Honda certified and did not have the 12 month/12,000 mile bumper to bumper. The options were the included lifetime powertrain OR the 12 month/12,000 mile Honda certified for $250 more. The main reason I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes was for the double warranty on my used vehicle. Unfortunately I had to decide which components were more apt to fail and paid an ADDITIONAL $250 and do NOT have the lifetime powertrain. Listing a car as "certified", when Honda specifically notates that a Honda certified used vehicle includes the 12 month/12,000 mile warranty, and then not including the Honda certified warranty in addition to the lifetime power train warranty is false advertising. More
