My family and I were looking for something with a 3rd row due to our growing size. We came to Motorcars Honda to look at a used Toyota 4Runner. Gloria Shirilla listened to all the details of our situation while we test-drove. She treated us like humans, rather than customers. While my wife chased the kids around the garage, I sat in the 2nd and 3rd rows of the 4Runner and determined that the car will not be comfortable for my family, even though it looks sharp and handles well off-road. Considering we had just begun our new car search that day, we were about to call it a day and regroup at home to look for a different model when Gloria recommended we consider the Pilot. There was a black Pilot situated 20 feet from the 4Runner with the same year, price, mileage, and general condition. I opened my mind and realized the Pilot was much more practical and comfortable, and after quickly considering all the options (price, reliability, and corrosion resistance of similar models of other manufacturers) we settled on it and drove it home the next day. This was the most painless car-buying experience we have ever had, even with two hungry and tired children, thanks to Gloria's help. More

Then, did a great job helping me decide which car fit those needs - there was no pressure and no sense of him trying to "sell" me something - the attitude was all about finding out what I wanted and helping me attain it. He then did a wonderful job showing me the ropes on how to take advantage of all the bells and whistles on my new car and helped me personalize all my settings. He was truly a pleasure to work with - professional and helpful, but also warm and engaging. My first Cleveland car was purchased at Motorcars Honda nearly 3 decades ago. At some point I drifted and tried some other car brands only to be disappointed - Motorcars Honda had set a high bar. I have now returned to Honda and specifically to Motorcars Honda and could not be happier - it's great to be back! More
