We never feel pressured into making repairs that we really don't want or need. Not only that, but our vehicle always comes back to us in pristine condition - washed and vacuumed thoroughly! You get greeted courteously at the door where you feel welcome from the first moment you enter the dealership. You don't go through alot of drama with pricing, etc. and the overall buying experience is amazing. Honda of Cleveland is just one of many dealerships operated by a family who has a rich heritage in running new automotive dealerships. My daughter was driving a 2002 VW Jetta that was costing me thousands of dollars to keep running. We live in NW Georgia but had heard from a family member that it was worth the drive to Honda of Cleveland, TN. We are so glad that we did! We were greeted as soon as we got out of our car by Terry. (sorry can't remember his last name)Terry wasn't like most car salesmen, he was very professional and wasn't pushy at all. We told him we were looking for a Civic and the options we were looking for. He gave us several options, tossed us the keys for the test drive. My daughter made her choice and we were off to the office to make the deal. I knew going in that we were going to have a bit of a problem with financing due to the amount we owed on the Jetta. Even though we had great credit owing more than our trade in was worth was going to make it an ordeal. Enter David Hickman...he and his finance department worked relentelessly to help get us a loan at the price our daughter could comfortably afford...long story short...she is driving her new Honda Civic that she absolutely LOVES and I love not having to worry about her breaking down on the side of I-75 in downtown Atlanta!!! We were so impressed with our experience, I went back to buy my younger daughter a used vehicle from them. Two cars and we couldn't be happier!!! We can't thank those involved enough! My husband and I had a unique situation. We were wanting to trade in our vehicle that had hail damage and because the damage was 5100 our insurance wouldn't make a check out to us. they could only make it o to trade in our vehicle that had hail damage and because the damage was 5100 our insurance wouldn't make a check out to us. they could only make it out to the leinholder or a body shop. We found a car we really liked and it looked like we weren't going to be able to get it. After a lot of work on their end all of the people we spoke with at this dealership found a way to make it happen! My husband really enjoyed talking to Brandon. He definitely had a lot of knowledge about Honda's and he was so friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend him if your shopping for a vehicle. He was awesome! I spoke a lot with Sharon on the phone because thats where I first saw the car. She was so friendly and after a lot of work on her end we were able to find a price that met our budget! Mike the used car manager was great! very friendly and he was the one that found the solution to our problem! Very nice man to work with! Bob the finance guy we spoke with was very patient with us. Even though the first night we were there late and then the next day had a screaming toddler. I appreciate all their hard work to make this happen for us. I would definitely recommend them! More
