Awesome experience! I made a Saturday appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my new crv, I brought it in at 1. Dropped it off and left. Got a cal maybe 40 min I made a Saturday appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my new crv, I brought it in at 1. Dropped it off and left. Got a cal maybe 40 minutes later telling me it was done and ready for pick up. Now when I dropped it off they said it’d be around 4 when it’s be done. I didn’t mind that but when it only took half an hour to do the service I was very satisfied. I recommend Honda of Cleveland to anyone I know looking to buy a new car, after buying 2 vehicles from them I have yet to have a complaint. More
