"Customer service second to none"

I brought my 2017 HRV in on 6/9/18 for regular service and to get a stain removed from the back seat. Greg Lee was my service advisor. Greg was very professional, courteous and truly concerned about taking care of all the issues with the vehicle. He was prompt in getting the service and stain removal completed. He provided me with a courtesy vehicle and did everything possible to accommodate me while the vehicle was being serviced. Greg is definitely an asset to the service department and Honda of Cleveland. Hopefully he will be recognized for his outstanding customer service. It is employees like Greg, that will keep customers returning. Thank you Greg. Job well done!

Honda of Cleveland changed my oil, rotated my tires and checked all the fluid levels in my 2015 Honda Pilot . Service was provided in a timely manner and they had a comfortable area to relax and enjoy a snack while waiting.
