Great overall experience. Andrew Harrell went out of his way to help us. We looked at Honda one day then other dealers over the next couple of days. Settled on two - one at Honda, one elsewhere. It was a very busy day at the dealership and the only negative was how long it took to do the business paperwork but they have a comfortable waiting area and even snacks! Overall a great experience and now that I've driven my Camry hybrid for a few days I am thrilled with this car! More

This is the second Odyssey I have bought from hi Columbia. This was the 5th new car I have bought from them. I cannot say enough about Lonnie McGraw. This is the second Odyssey I have bought from him. He always amazes me. Every time I would go into the dealership for a service call (oil change etc...) and if I ran into him, he would ALWAYS remember my name and what I bought. With my recent purchase he even came in on his day off for me to drive an Odyssey and then ended up staying much longer because I decided to buy it. He is wonderful.
