He really sincerely listened to me and understood my situation (leaving the States in a few years), and recommended me to buy a good used car over new one when I asked for the price of a new one. Then I knew he is not just trying to sell a car, but really wants to offer a good help for his customers. Moreover, the quote he gave me was a clean-shot: it is a very fair deal, and he he was never trying to "push" for anything at all.
