I had been shopping for a new vehicle for a while, and was really interested in another make/model. On a whim, I decided to check out the 2012 Honda Pilot. The sales rep I had worked with at Honda agreed was really interested in another make/model. On a whim, I decided to check out the 2012 Honda Pilot. The sales rep I had worked with at Honda agreed with every request I made...even offering me $1,000 more for my trade, sight-unseen, than the dealer for my 1st choice, after an appraisal. Upon appraisal, I was offered even more. I came in December 26th to purchase the vehicle, and my sales rep had quit that morning. Matt Taylor quickly - and without hesitation - honored the deal made with the former rep. It took a little while to get all of the paperwork done, but it was a comfortable wait.
