This dealership is the best in North Carolina. I live in Salisbury, however; I take time to drive to Concord, NC. The service department has some amazing employees especially Mr. Patrick Crow. Mr. Crow makes sure to take care of my car and make sure that I am satisfied as a faithful customer. He goes over and beyond to make sure I don’t have to wait forever on my vehicle. He takes the time to reach out to me beforehand and has paper work is ready if my vehicle has to stay overnight. I arrive at the dealership and sign in provide the necessary documents for a rental car and I am out the door. I never have any problems with Mr. Crow and due to his excellent customer service/care, I purchased a newer car. He also made sure that I knew about my warranties and how long they lasted. My mother and I are so grateful for Mr. Crow. I can’t leave out Mr. Jose nor Mr. Davern. They also look out for me whenever Mr. Crow is not at work. It feels wonderful to go to a dealership and be treated like FAMILY. That’s what keeps us coming back to this location. I highly recommend this dealership over any other. More
