I just wanted to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Honda of Concord. As you can see I’m giving it 5 Stars. This was a very smooth process from the beginning to end. More specifically I would like give high praise to my daughter’s salesman, Jakob Stocksen. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. We went there to check out their inventory and prices, without any intent of making a purchase…we were just doing some research. We had a prior engagement and didn’t have a lot of time to spend at the dealership. Jakob was very understanding and his approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. Also, his knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of other salesmen that I have encountered at other local dealerships. After doing our homework we knew the deal that we needed to make things work for my daughter. We went back to the dealership a few hours later to see about purchasing a new car for my daughter. Jakob was there to help and go over numbers and incentives. At no time did we have to go to the mat with Jakob to get a good deal. He actually offered us a better deal than the PerkSpot Employee Auto Buying incentive I had gotten through my job. BONUS!!! We couldn't have asked for much more than that. Not only did we get to leave Honda of Concord with a brand new Honda Accord EX, but my daughter left with her very first car purchase and a very excellent experience. Thank you Jakob!
