I cannot say enough good about Chris Ross. Professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. We drove from Raleigh to Concord to see a used car. That morning Chris called me to tell me the car had a leaking waterpump, and would get a new pump under warranty, but it would not be ready for us to see it as planned. Most salesmen would let you drive 2-1/2 hours to find out. Not Chris. We arranged that we'd still come and look at the car, fully knowing it needed a pump. Chris is extremely thoughtful and professional, and made car buying a great experience. If you are looking for a product, call Chris at Hendrick first and see what he can do for you.
