I could not be more please with my experience today at Hendricks Honda in Concord NC. I had the pleasure to meet with Robin Owens who was my sales contact person. Robin was very thorough, explained in detail features of the car I was interested to buy and the process. She introduced me to Dwayne, car manager who was also very attentive, pleasant, knowledgable and patient. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction and managed to give me a great, best deal without the hustle we are usually exposed when trying to buy a car. Then finally I met Chris who is another special human being, attentive, very knowledgable and made the paper work flow fast and flawless. My waiting time was very minimum and while in the past, in other dealers, took me the whole day to go through the process of buying a new car in addition to be painful as you have to hustle to get a good deal, here at Honda in Concord, these three amazing members of the Honda family, not only made me feel welcome and comfortable by got me in and out in less than 3 hrs with a good deal and the car I wanted (CRV EX-L. 2023). I certainly recommend Honda of Concord for all you vehicle needs including and specially buying a car. Ask for Robin. You will not regret it. Thank you all for your help, support and truthfulness.
