What a awesome experience at Hendrick Honda in Concord NC. Bought a used Nissan several months back and had been perfect until Friday evening. Driveshaft broke and I called my salesperson Robin and she NC. Bought a used Nissan several months back and had been perfect until Friday evening. Driveshaft broke and I called my salesperson Robin and she immediately got the ball rolling. Robin with the help of general manager Brian McDaniel got in touch with a towing company to get the vehicle back to their dealership. In less than 24hrs service department found issue, ordered parts and game me timeframe for repairs. Robin and Brian have been nothing short of over the top incredible!!! Again Robin was the salesperson that sold us the car 3 months prior and she immediately jumped into action as if she was in service department. Brian McDaniel as well as Robin treated me as if I was family and I was the most important thing they get handled right then. I have never experienced service after a sale like this and anyone looking to be treated as family needs to go visit Robin and Brian at Hendrick Honda Concord!!!! More
