I hate car shopping and usually find it stressful but Jeremy made the experience so easy and delightful that I'm still blown away. He took the time to find out about my driving patterns so he could set my safety features properly for my long commute. He took the time to do everything he could to mitigate my stress. Helped arrange everything so we could take the car home last night. He wasn't the high pressure salesman that I am used to. He educated us on the car we were interested in so we could be sure we were making the right choice for us. I would recommend him to any of our friends that might be in the market for a car. Brian also made the financial arrangements easy and stress free. He didn't pressure us into things we didn't really need and took the time to give us a lot of different scenarios. Again I didn't feel pressured but felt like he was trying to figure out what was best for our situation. I'm not sure of the name of the gentleman who detailed the car to get it ready but he took his time and even found some residue of an old sticker that I didn't even see and made sure he removed it before he turned it over to us. Robin Owens was super helpful. I actually went to see two used cars and by the time I got there they had both sold.
