Hands down the best experience! When it came time for an upgrade, we called Timbo for a recommendation (as he was no longer working at this dealership) and was referred to Ted Johnson for help. We pulled into the parking lot and looked at the van we wanted. While they pulled it around Ted worked his magic and met us in the parking lot with the numbers, which we couldn’t pass up! We were actually able to buy a car while our babies slept in the backseat! How awesome is that! And we couldn’t be happier with our purchase!! Thank you Timbo, Ted, Robert, and Honda of Concord! More

Really good experience over-all Jason was really good throughout the time I was there for the service.... even thought it was Saturday and really busy. Getting your brake fixed with a right touch I’ve gone to many shops before, but Honda of Concord is best option so far for my Acura TL. Honda Service with First Class Customer Service Shacoya R. comes highly recommended. From the time I pulled in to have my car serviced to the time I returned to pick up my car she was very thorough, Shacoya R. comes highly recommended.
