It is an understatement to say that she is excellent at what she does, and is the picture of friendliness and professionalism every time I see her. Jessica epitomizes what the term "customer service" means and she is truly and genuinely the best Service Advisor I've ever worked with (and I have owned a Honda of some sort for over 30 years!).
