Although, I would take my Pilot to get serviced at this dealership, I still shopped them when it came to this service as I wanted to make sure I was not overpaying. 1. Pricing: was more competitive than other dealer ships in the area. They also priced match my top of the line Michelin tires. 2.Service: Shaun communication was great. He would text me and call me to give me updates on the vehicle. He was honest and upfront with other items that were found due to the age of the vehicle. I waited several weeks before I posted the review as I wanted to make sure they lived up to the work they did and so far everything seems great. Personally I was looking to trade the vehicle as the 110K service is: Tune-up, Valve Adjustment, Timing, water and Power steering belts and the cost factor in my mind kept thinking trade it. However, The Pilot has been very dependable with no issues since we have purchased it in 2010. My wife loves the body style, the way it drives and although 7 years old the truck interoir and body has held up great. I have very high expectations and lets be honest Dealerships can be pricey than a local mechanic. However, having professionals who all they do is work on Honda gives you a piece of mind. My son plays travel Soccer in Charlotte and we travel to Florida, South Carolina,Tennessee and all of NC. I am confident the truck will be reliable to get my family to my games. Shaun Hughes and the Honda of Concord has exceeded my needs. More

I was faced with an unfortunate situation that was in need of immediate attention. Mr. Carter, was informed of my problem, blindly but provided excellent customer service in assisting me by handling the matter quickly. After hearing my concerns I was assured that he would resolve them, and that he did. I am posting this review because I have seen the good the bad and the ugly as well as excellent customer service, but Mr. Carter, exceeded my expectations by displaying exemplary Managerial / Leadership skills in a warm friendly and professional manner. This experience with Joy and Honda of Concord was totally painless. I never felt pressured and I felt totally in control of the process. They gave great advice throughout the process. I felt like they truly had my own best interests in heart even if it was not in their own business interests. I felt like I was treated like one of the family. I went online seeking to find the right salesperson for me. After reading the reviews I decided to call and spoke with Mrs. Owens, over the phone and the rest is history. After making my initial purchase, whenever I visited the service department on her scheduled day to work she always made me feel like a valued customer, and took the time to visit with me when she wasn't busy. I recently had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Owens, in the purchase of my 2nd Honda. She has remained true to her Integrity and Godly Character. I would advise anyone to work with Robin Owens, as their Sales Consultant. I also loved the fact that she's not overbearing and very competent. For me, Mrs. Owens, was and has been a rare find. She’s stuck with me I took my Honda Accord in for an oil change and had the pleasure of dealing with Shacoya. From the moment I pulled into the bay until I drove off, I f I took my Honda Accord in for an oil change and had the pleasure of dealing with Shacoya. From the moment I pulled into the bay until I drove off, I felt as if I were her only customer. She was very warm and friendly. As I requested the oil change I began to ask a series of questions about the dealership and about issues that I’m having with my car. She genuinely listened, thoughtfully answered my questions and offered several options to come back in and have my car checked out. I’m sure I asked several dumb questions during our conversation but at no point in time did she make me feel that way. At the end of the check in process, she walked me and my terrible twosome into the waiting room and gave us a quick tour. We sat down and Shacoya worked her magic. A short while later, she came back into the waiting room and explained what was done to my car and explained what they found wrong with my car. Because of Shacoya’s customer service, I decided to have my tires realigned. The alignment was completed very quickly. Shacoya came back in and walked us to our car. Because of Shacoya and the technician that worked on my car, you have a new customer. I have two Hondas and will be bringing them both to her for service and maintenance.
