Our 4th Honda From Honda of Concord Dropped the Honda Pilot off today for a little scheduled maintenance work, and drove home a little while later with a new Honda Pilot. They had some GREAT deals on new 2017 models and the deal was too good to resist. This is our 4th Honda (3 new, and 1 used) we have purchased from Honda of Concord. Not only do we always feel we get a fair deal, all the folks we deal with are super nice and very knowledgeable. Today, we dealt with Tony Montana! Tony was friendly and very helpful through the process. He also spent what we thought was an extra amount of time going over all the features of the car. When it is time for the 5th Honda.... WE'LL BE BACK!! More
Easiest car buying experience I've ever had! We know Brian McDaniel and his family and they are good folks so we were ready to head down to his store in Concord. A friend told us that Joy Spencer We know Brian McDaniel and his family and they are good folks so we were ready to head down to his store in Concord. A friend told us that Joy Spencer would make our buying experience effortless so we called and texted her. We had already done our research on what we wanted and how much we were comfortable with paying. Joy and Brian worked us up a deal that we were pleasantly satisfied with so we told her we were heading her way. We live around 1.5 hours away so Joy had all the financing and paperwork ready when we got there. After an unexpected delay in traffic we arrived about an hour late, but Joy was standing outside waiting to welcome us in. She gave us a tour of the car and let us test drive it to make sure all was well. The Honda Pilot was just as described so we hurried back in and started signing the paperwork. In a relatively short time we were handed the keys, given a primer on pairing our phones with the radio, and a handshake from Joy and we were headed back home. I don't know when we will be able to afford another new vehicle, if ever, but if and when we are able we are heading down to see Joy Spencer and Brian McDaniel at Honda of Concord! More

What’s the point of warranties I bought a car a little over a year ago & dont Even have 60,000 miles on it and when buying it I was convinced to purchase 2 different warranties. I’m really upset because when I went and got my diagnosis yesterday they tell me what’s wrong and tell me that neither of my warranties cover the shocks for my car. Why do I pay extra money monthly if when I actually need it you guys don’t cover it... im so upset because now I have to pay $350 when I pay extra for 2 different warranties. It ridiculous & so pointless!!! I’m so irritated. More
