I am very unhappy and disappointed with the refund of my money. I bought a brand new Honda CRV with a friend of mine at the same time. I also bought a 6 oil change service and was told if I ever sell my c money. I bought a brand new Honda CRV with a friend of mine at the same time. I also bought a 6 oil change service and was told if I ever sell my car I can get a refund on the left over money. I sold my car and tried to get my money back. I went in to the dealership and was greeted with not very friendly finance department people. I brought up my complaint about the canceling fee and was totally ignored and was required to provide and prove more documents. To make a story short, if you like the price of the car, just buy the car and DO NOT buy anything else. I brought my Honda cars and Toyota cars (next door dealership) for service for almost 2 decades and was treated and greeted with rude manners when they have to issue a refund, which I totally entitled for. Very disappointed and have to think twice before I bring my cars in for service again at this place. I hope My lesson learned is a knowledge gained for future customers. More
