When I decided to buy another car I called Honda of Concord because I had heard so many good reviews about this dealership. I informed him of what I wanted to look at and the price range and we made an appointment and he met us at the door. Ryan had several vehicles waiting for us when we arrived. Ryan was not pushy or uncaring he treated us with respect and was very Knowledgeable about the cars He had selected for us. Actually he was very patient and understanding because this was a very big move for me. I would highly recommend Honda of Concord to my family and friends and if you have a chance to meet with Ryan I would definitely do so. Jan Joyner More
My visit to Honda of Concord was pretty much last minute. After searching online for about 2 months, I found the car I had been looking for. It was in Hickory,NC. It was a "Hendrick" dealership and not wanting to drive all the way up there, I called Honda of Concord and asked if they could get this "Genesis" for me to test drive. I knew what I wanted and did all the research. This vehicle was low miles, the right color, optioned exactly as I wanted. After speaking with Ryan Crist at Honda of Concord, he said that he could have it there for me to look at the next day. I of course looked at and drove it the next day. I was extremely excited and felt my 2 months of research was going to payoff. I also mentioned I would be tinting the windows on it later. At this point Mr. Crist informed me that the service dept. had not yet inspected the vehicle as it just arrived from Hickory when I showed up. He said they would do all the safety and maint. checks and call me when the vehicle was ready. I got a call the next day, (a Friday) about noon. Since I was at work, I didn't get back to Honda of Concord until about 5:30 p.m. With all the paperwork and financing, taking my trade, Mr. Crist and another salesman stayed late past closing time to get me on the road. When I left the dealership it was about an hour past closing time, the windows had been tinted, washed, detailed and all paperwork in my hand on a thumb drive, tagged, plated, and insured. I didn't go home for a couple hours, just drove around getting to know my "baby". I know a lot of work and coordination between sales, service, and management happened that I didn't see. My experience was just a relaxed, no pressure, we'll take care of it. Prior to this purchase, I did visit 2 other dealerships, the pressure and price "add ons" at these other places gave me that "gut feeling" that made me want to run. The days of being cornered in a little room and hammered by 3 people until you break are over. THANK YOU, RYAN CRIST AND HONDA OF CONCORD, for making a car purchase stress free and fun again!!! More
Buyer Beware...I have shopped here for 13 years and my salesman Tony M moved out of state. I wanted to trade up and also buy a car for my son. I was treated very rudely, and made to feel like they had no time for us. After spending several hours at the car lot we were left with we will call you tomorrow. My son got a call back with an offer and the amount that would be needed to put down. He was so excited and asked for the info of the vehicle they were offering. The salesman told him that they were extremely busy and He would email him the info and let him know when He was free. He never got the info so I called the salesman and asked for the info and told him we wanted to come in. He said ok I’ll call you back I think we just sold the car. I could not believe it. I was told that my son dropped the ball because He never called back. I told the salesman that He dropped the ball and should have NEVER told my son that this was a done deal. I asked to speak to a Manager. He handed the phone over to Ryan Crist who flat out told me sorry ma’am there is nothing He can do and He will sell any car to whoever is standing in front of him. I explained that we were waiting for the salesman to call us back so we could come down as we live literally 7 minutes away. Mr. Crist continually interrupted my conversation. I raised my voice and asked him to let me finish what I was saying. His response was, Well first of all you must not know Tony (my old salesman) too well because you gave me his wrong last name. Second of all I repeat that I will sell any car to anyone if I have a buyer standing right in front of me no matter what. Also, I can’t believe that Tony had you as a customer for 13 years. I couldn’t believe the cutting , completely condescending and arrogant way that He spoke to me. I asked him who the general manager was and he gleefully told me. I said that I know his sister in law. and He then told me, Oh go ahead and call him. He and I are very close friends and we golf together all the time and hung up on me. The integrity of this place has fallen way down. 🤷🏻♀️When dealing with Tony he would call me to trade up and let me know the deal, we would come in and sign the papers and we were done. Never have I ever had to worry about the vehicle being sold out from under me. I miss the honest, caring and respectful integrity of Tony. I will NEVER refer anyone to this dealership again. The arrogance of the General Manager trickles down to His staff. More

Honda of Concord is the WORST Honda dealership I have ever experienced in my 20 years of leasing Hondas!!! They are so deceitful and liars! I went into the dealership to lease a 2021 Passport EXL and ever experienced in my 20 years of leasing Hondas!!! They are so deceitful and liars! I went into the dealership to lease a 2021 Passport EXL and was told it would be 12,000 miles a year. I was shown a paper that said 12,000, I have texts back and fourth with my salesman Jim showing 12,000, I told the finance manager right before we signed the paperwork that I wanted 12,000 and he was trying to convince me to do 10,000 miles. I signed the paper in the finance managers office and once I get home and look through the paperwork I notice he plugged in 10,000 miles. I call him up immediately and he tells me that he never said that. I have to scream and yell on the phone to the finance manager (Ijames) to make him change it and bring me out a new contract to my house. He kept saying “I didn’t say that” over and over to me. When he knew he did and I had paperwork to prove it. When I called the sales manager (Dewayne) to voice my concerns about everything that happened and he just saids oh there must have been a disconnect somewhere. As if it was no big deal what just happened to me. I know tactics like this come from upper management and everyone at this dealership should be ashamed about how they are treating customers and what they are doing. The people I dealt with at this location are: Jim Doyle (salesman) C. Ijames (finance manager - so deceitful) Dewayne Noble (sales manager) Don’t ever step foot inside this dealership! You will be extremely disappointed. Plus who knows what other kind of stuff they are pulling on people when they don’t even realize it. Go elsewhere to purchase/lease a car. I have leased from Hwy 74 in CLT, Indian Trail and also South Blvd locations. Those dealerships have been truthful and run a quality dealership. Elizabeth K.
