If you question what work has been done on your vehicle, she will get defensive and make up what has been done so that they are not liable to fix anything. She will lie and tell you that things are not covered under your warranty. She had the nerve to question what I could pay for and repeatedly told me over the phone that my one tire that I replaced because of a nail in the old one, was cheap and the "wrong tire" but could not clearly state what a "right tire" was. She only mentioned buying Honda tires. Trying to make her money. Go to another dealer. More

I looked online for the dealerships that had the car I wanted and this was one of them. However, I lived 2.5 hours away from this dealership so I called to get some info. I started working with Tanisha and she was AMAZING! I went in to 3 Honda dealerships and called around to 4 others and Tanisha at Honda of Concord was the only one willing to work with me over the phone. She was even willing to text me when I couldn't talk because I was at work. I truly appreciated her efforts is working with me remotely. Every other dealership wanted me to drive 2 hours just to get estimations on the numbers. Tanisha was able to get me to the price I wanted with a few extras! Once we settled on a price, I was able to drive the 2.5 hours and have the deal ready to go. Unfortunately, Tanisha was under the weather so once I got there I finished the deal with Chris Lee. He was also really great. The numbers were exactly what I agreed upon with no shadiness. He was very nice and honest. My largest appreciation was that he treated me with respect. Being a young woman, many other salespeople at other dealerships did not treat me with respect and listen to what I wanted. Chris knew when I was coming and had everything ready for me when I got there. He had my car parked right out front and took me to see it before filling out the paperwork. I then finished up the deal with the manager Joy Spencer. She was also very nice and helpful. She explained everything I was signing so I understood it and answered all my questions. This is my 4th car and my 2nd new car and overall this was the best experience I have had. I would recommend this team to anybody looking for great service and a great deal. More
I bought a Honda Civic 2016 on September 28 2019 and I cancelled the extended warranty on October 19 2019 with Kevin Murphy. He said it will usually take 30-45 days to process the refund for warranty as t cancelled the extended warranty on October 19 2019 with Kevin Murphy. He said it will usually take 30-45 days to process the refund for warranty as they will be sending the check $1911 to the lienholder(Bank of America). I followed up with Kevin Murphy after 30 days. He said since it is not 45 days yet i will have to wait until then. I patiently waited, however even after 45 days the lienholder did not receive any payment so i called the dealership again. Kevin was out that day so i spoke with Chris. He said the check was sent to American Honda. They will have to stop the payment on this since it was sent to the wrong place and then start the process of refund all over again. I followed up after one week with Kevin Murphy he said it is being processed and now he is not giving a specific timeframe of how long will it take to process the refund. I have left messages and he has not returned my calls. Today is 60th day since i cancelled my warranty and have not yet received refund. More
Dishonest I come in to trade a 2018 Lexus NX300 and purchase a 2016 Honda CR-V and I was lied to about the whole deal. I was told that the dealership would have I come in to trade a 2018 Lexus NX300 and purchase a 2016 Honda CR-V and I was lied to about the whole deal. I was told that the dealership would have to pay off the vehicle instead of what I owed on my lease which I did my homework when I got home and that was not true. I had positive equity in the Lexus which they did not want to give. So now I guess I’m stuck with close to a payment and a larger purchase amount I had prior to the CR-V, that I was trying to avoid. If I could go back and do it over I would. More
