Honda of Concord I purchased my last car from Honda of Concord over the phone and was blessed with Robin to deliver my new car. A few weeks back we were in the market I purchased my last car from Honda of Concord over the phone and was blessed with Robin to deliver my new car. A few weeks back we were in the market for a car for our daughter.i went to my local dealer,PriorityHonda, because it was closer, looked at a car and dealt with a salesman and the sales manager, asked for a quote and a call back. They called me, lost my preapproval, eventually gave me an unreasonable quote for a payment and I decided to go back to Honda of Concord and Robin and finance manager Brian. I told Robin what I was looking for and she found us a car in less than a day, she found it, the perfect car, made sure it was in tip top shape and the found me the perfect financing. I never left the house, Robin met me at my home to sign the paperwork and the delivered the car to my parents home so we can surprise my daughter at Christmas. BEST customer service ever and I worked in the car business, this is unheard of, absolutely perfect experience, I will recommend them forever, so so super happy, what great folks!! More

For a new honda Everything went well. Just took a lot longer then you may think. The only thing I did not like is the pushing on the extras. You will have people that Everything went well. You will have people that by up all the extra packages at the end of the deal, but if some say no 2 or 3 times that should be it. You have the sale.. pushing to much may make people walk away all together. More
