Actually, this is my first time I met a salesman who loves his job and who really cares for his customers. I used to drive German make VW but now I drive Honda and I love it it taste different. A great ending after a rough start We drove over 200 miles to this dealership on a Sunday after speaking to Internet lead agents Kelly and Kristen who reassured us our asking price was We drove over 200 miles to this dealership on a Sunday after speaking to Internet lead agents Kelly and Kristen who reassured us our asking price was reasonable and they could beat our current offer in Florida. (We canceled that deal & the shipping arrangements hoping we could trust HoC). We arrived at HoC with our 2 yo & 14 month old at 1pm for our appt. Carlos greeted us kindly but was unaware of the vehicle we were seeking (Kelly & Kristen had off that day, conveniently). After looking into it, our vehicle wasn't there, but had been pulled to a sister store for a customer the night prior. Thankfully it was not sold but it took over 2 hours to get it. After talking numbers and not even being near our price, we were getting VERY fed up and regretting our decision to drop the van in FL. Carlos was very empathetic and helpful, and ultimately helped us get down to the price we needed. All of our salesman (Carlos, his manager, and Les, the business manager) were helpful and patient with our kiddos (5.5 hours in a car dealership is rough on adults, can't even imagine what it was like for the littles). Around 6:30 that night, we pulled off the lot with our 2014 Honda Odyssey EX L. I'm in love. More
