Worst Service Ever "I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE TO BE AWARE OF HONDA OF CONCORD. THERE ARE OTHER COMPETITORS WITH MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND DEALS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY BETTER "I WILL ADVISE EVERYONE TO BE AWARE OF HONDA OF CONCORD. THERE ARE OTHER COMPETITORS WITH MUCH BETTER SERVICE AND DEALS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY BETTER EMPLOYEE WHO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT" The quality of the services for any business can be monitored only when there is an issue. I recently experienced a worst service at Hendrick Honda of concord. I have a 2015 Honda Odyssey and took for a simple oil change. I had to wait about 3 hours just for that, and when I picked my car there was dent and scratch on driver side. I immediately informed the available service advisor. He looked around and without knowing anything said, “You might have brought your car like this” and then walked away without saying anything. I waited more than 15 minutes, no one came, and then I asked again to one of the other service advisor. They kept on pushing to one another. Finally I was told to wait for Elizabeth as she was my service advisor. She was nowhere to be found and I had to wait more than 30 minutes. Finally when she came, she gave me the same story that I might have brought my car like this. Even though she was the one who did the walk around initially to make sure there was no damage. Their willingness to take ownership of their mess up was absolutely down the drain. Anyway, she took some picture and told me that her manager will call me within an hour. No one called, i called back and left a message for Elizabeth, didn’t get any call back. I then finally called her back again around 6:30 and was able to speak, and she didn’t apologize or anything for completely ignoring me and said he manager might be very busy that why call wasn’t returned. Next day, I got the call from her to go to their collision center for an estimate. Now the estimate been completed. I asked Honda of concord to pay me so I can get my car repaired at my preferred repair shop. They said, they can’t do that and I must get my car repaired at their location. I absolutely don’t trust this dealership and don’t want my car to be repaired, they are giving me hard time. I have left them over 10 messages in the past week, and yet to receive any call. I am extremely frustrated for the inconvenience they have caused me. Not only my new leased car got damaged because of their fault, I also would have to pay a penalty when I’ll return my car as it needs a paint job. More

Timbo Black greeted me and my other family members with a very positive upbeat attitude. Knowing what I wanted we were ready to get to the price dealing process and he was able to jump right in answering our questions and guiding us in the decision making. I will highly recommend Mr Black to all my friends and family, I actually can's wait to tell them about the experience! The receptionist were super friendly as were all the employees we past. I would also like to mention Lester Leader whom made the final transaction go so smoothly. More

But from the moment we pulled into the parking lot at Honda of Concord we were greeted by TimBo and we received amazing service the entire time we were there! Everybody was so friendly and easy to work with and we did not feel pushed or taken advantage of in any way. Daneca at the front desk was so friendly and she helped entertain my 2 year old the whole time which made the experience that much easier! We could not be more pleased with our experience there. Timbo was so awesome to work with and Lester helped us move the paperwork along quickly and even sang and did a little dance for my daughter when it was time to go get in my mom's new car!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone! More
